Hi, I'm JF.

I'm a product designer and developer who has been building technical gear since 2008 — across outdoor, cycling, carry and everyday, running, and accessories. I care about the point where function and craft meet, and about products that hold up in the real world.

I work hands-on. Design decisions get validated through physical making, not assumptions — so problems surface early, when they're still cheap to fix. That means prototyping in-house: 3D-printing components, building the tools and fixtures a specific assembly needs, laser-cutting ventilation, and laminating fabrics.

The result is work that's resolved and manufacturable — designed with the factory in mind from the first concept through to production.
