Product Design & Development
I take products from first concept to production-ready, working across softgoods and integrated hardware. Every decision is made with the factory in mind — construction methods, seam types, hardware integration, and tolerances resolved during development, not negotiated after the fact.
In-house Prototyping
Prototypes are built in-house, not outsourced or delayed. Physical making exposes what CAD cannot: fit, material behaviour, construction logic, and cost. A decision made Monday can be a physical prototype by mid-week — cycles that take weeks elsewhere take days.
Pattern Making & Construction
Patterns are finalized, materials specified, and the design locked before a factory is involved. I work fluently in technical sewn construction as well as specialized processes — including RF (radio-frequency) welding and injection-molded component design.
Manufacturing & Handoff
I deliver complete technical packages — patterns, construction specs, material callouts, and assembly instructions — everything a factory needs to build the product correctly, and I stay engaged through first production runs to protect design intent.
